I am a senior digital transformation executive with over 20 years of experience leading innovation, eCommerce, and MarTech strategies across Latin America and North America for global companies such as Nestlé. I have successfully driven the development and regional scaling of digital platforms, led high-performing cross-functional teams, and implemented data-driven, automated, and customer-centric solutions. My strength lies in aligning global business objectives with local execution, delivering measurable impact while fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Regional Digital Transformation Lead with over 20 years of experience in multinational environments, driving innovation, marketing technology, eCommerce, and customer engagement strategies. Throughout my career at Nestlé, I led regional digital initiatives for Latin America and North America, working closely with global and local teams to implement scalable platforms and data-driven programs.
I managed cross-functional teams across markets, designed and deployed MarTech and CRM ecosystems, and led the digital acceleration roadmap for categories including nutrition, health science, and foodservice. Key initiatives include the launch of first-party data strategies, AI-powered content engines, digital campaigns with measurable ROI, and the implementation of automation and personalization tools that enhanced user engagement.
As a regional lead, I partnered with C-level stakeholders to align digital solutions with business objectives, enabling measurable impact in market penetration, consumer insights, and operational efficiency.
