Led HR Strategy and Operations for 3,200+ employees across 8 manufacturing plants and 9 distribution centers located in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Brazil and Argentina, as well as for 30+ employees across the Caribbean markets located in Panama, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago.

• Designed and executed a strategic retention framework for critical roles and key talents, successfully reducing voluntary turnover to 2.5%, representing a 400 bps decrease compared to 2019.
• Developed and implemented a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy for Operations, successfully increasing gender balance from 19% to 34% and people with disabilities from 0.3% to 4.0% between 2019 and year-end 2025.
• Led an Agility strategy focused on employee empowerment and autonomy, aligning the MANCOM to foster agile collaboration and driving a best-in-class favorability rating over 85% across global organizational culture assessments.
• Drove the organizational design and transformation strategy, supporting a 66% sales growth in the Caribbean Markets over a 4-year period while optimizing structure efficiency, resulting in only a 20% headcount increase.
• Designed and implemented a Change Management strategy for the operations reporting transition from USA to LATAM. This structural simplification eliminated two organizational layers, drove faster decision-making, and increased the average Span of Control from 6.0 to 7.50.

Spearheaded end-to-end HR Strategy and Operations for 200+ employees across Corporate, Operations, and Omnichannel business units (B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and Call Center).

• Adapted and implemented the Global Organizational Design framework to support doubling business sales over five years. The local structure was optimized to align with corporate strategic objectives, achieving full execution with practically zero cost.
• Designed a tailored headcount optimization model for 10+ boutiques by implementing a Part-Time Job framework, driving a 15% reduction in the total salaries and wages budget.
• Developed and implemented a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy for Operations, successfully achieving a 50% gender balance and increasing the population of people with disabilities from 0% to 5% within two years.
