๏ Responsible to monitoring, evaluation and provide feedback in problem solving methodology to be presenting results to plant leadership.

๏ Escalation to Management level in case of risk results which can’t be resolved by the problem solving team.

๏ Monitoring and implementation of the improvement ideas system.

๏ Development and support of work instructions under the standard work system and Visual Management.

๏ Development and monitoring of OEE and perform periodical reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close the gap at an operational level.

๏ Participation during business unit transfer managing activities such as plant layout development, monitoring and coordination of machinery transfer, coordination of the release of space in the plant for the arrival of machinery and implementation of Run & Rate.

๏Responsible for manufacturing activities such as: Support for machine start-up, support for line stoppages, work instructions updates, plans and deploys training to support manufacturing engineers.
