Some achievements: Manage debt of US$1,000 million in crisis time; the creation of a new ready mix concrete business for Cruz Azul (third large cement company in Mexico); refinancing and restructuring of a sugar mills unit; take over and transformation of the tequila brand Don Ramon to become one of the trendiest and most disruptive in the domestic market that leaded to a 40% revenue growth, the expansion allover Mexican territory and the increase in value of 3 times.
