Create 1st OEM e-Commerce Excelerator leading Portfolio, Marketing and phygical processes.
Perform BI for new profit sources & revenue operation. End to end dealers’ DMS integration (Intelisis, SAP)
1)Manage Digital Portfolio (spare parts) and U/X retail oriented. Liaison with IT and Business (US & Mex):
-Fix and design SAP libraries and business processes (Pricing, Logistics, Warehouse). Assets ramp-up.
-Pricing and product plan. Collaborations with suppliers
-New profit skims discovery and execution: Courses & Learning, Mobility & Charge, Extended warranty
-Product Marketing: Design promotions and content (Wholesales and retail) based on research & insights
-Wireframe management (Smart Edit). Front-end experience
2)Branding and Content strategy to boost leads and close sales:
-Dealers: Sales contest, D2C guidelines, Below the line, training, and operational standards
-Phygical branding: Front Counter express shop and Pick-Up programs in branches & Alliance stores
-Content development and media plan for Excelerator and RRSS. Mimic with speakers and leads caption activities (Expo, dealer initiatives, public and employee forums). Social media (Corporate and dealers).
-Go-to-Market Plan. Work with external communication to develop gain media
-Local SEO (Search Engine Optimization), UX and research (Quanti/Quali, NPS)
3)Business Intelligence, Design Thinking and New opportunities:
-Data mining of SAP Business Objects, Salesforce, Google. Analysis/ visualization (SQL, Python, Power BI)
-Promote PowerBI usage and data driven decisions: Dashboards, Qualtrics surveys, Innovation sessions
