- In the past I’ve been noticed for getting team members to communicate more efficiently. when I was working in customer service me and my team made a messaging system between customer service and the software team.
2 . When I went to sales my manager was really impressed by my ability to stay on top on several of my projects and team deadlines.
- Also I made sure that clients felt valued and seen . I have use the same skills to make genuine and lasting relationships with my clients , many of the clients have even followed me after I switched companies.
