Responsible of quality assurance for IT End to End projects delivery and business operations, teams in US, LATAM and India, focused on process improvements, hands-on software test life cycle (STLC), standards adherence, risk management, forecasts and budget control, and effective communication across stakeholders, directors, business partners and project team members.

Including interface validations with SAP for Electronic Invoicing, Payroll, Workday, MyBuy, Uberfreight, Co-Star, Blackline, Concur, Essbase, and HFM, among others.
•Reduced Improvement´s backlog list for LATAM by 60% by working with stakeholders and BRMs on requirements prioritization, planning, and estimation, and simplifying it´s documentation to rely on test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
