Responsibilities
- The involvement of engineering participants in the Project Team Meetings.
- Functional activities coordination to hardware, software, mechanical, functional testing, optical, validation and verification, integration development teams.
- Follow up technical project topics with customer.
- Tracking of R&D and System Engineering Effort Estimation
- Ensure the availability of a consolidated Engineering BOM (EE, ME, SW, OPT)
- Ensure the creation of the Product Test Specification (PCB and Unit Test)
- Preparation of the System Engineer material releases
- Support of the PPAP releases
- Releasing all the development product gates since project quotation to production line PPAP.
- Production line support due to project introduction from R&D.
- Additional decisions of the Head of System Development.

R&D Team / System Engineer
Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements, define system architecture, decompose requirements in DOORS app program.
- Generates and maintains a list of internal and customer specifications. To be closer with the manufacturing production line in the failures related with the design and sometimes supporting supplier issues.
- Perform risk management, Monitor project progress, Review design change requests.
- Break down, assign, and monitor work packages from project team members as needed.
- Organize and lead technical meetings with R&D engineers assigned to project
- Check reusability and synergies between projects; participate in knowledge transfer.
- Define functionality and delivery plan, Define system test plan (integration test cases).
- Verify the simulator design provides an accurate representation of the vehicle.
- Provide assistance to Resident Engineer and/or other R&D domains in finding the root cause of customer bench and/or vehicle issues including EOL test plan development.

Production Line Support / Functional Test Engineer
Responsibilities
- Development testing coverage programs according to actual concepts and customer’s requirements.
- Responsible of configuring, implementing and maintaining CAN bus communication in automatic test stations.
- Implementing measurement system analysis (MSA) and process capability analysis
(PCA) to evaluate the best way of working production processes.
- Define configuration, installation and support with customers at all time until kick off,
good working, and accepted production of test equipment on each project line.
- Areas involved: Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Product Engineering,
Project Leaders, R&D and Customers worldwide.
- Accomplishment and evaluation of correct working in test equipment following the standard analysis and quality rates.

Production Line Support / Product Technician
Responsibilities
- Continuous update due to ECO´s or Deviations.
- Accomplishment of controlled production and components evaluation.
- Operating and use the Oracle Data Base, Agile and SAP.
- Knowledge the production process, tests, quality to cover the line support necessities.
- Technical support and engineering service to all the plant areas.
- Participating in improvement efficiency activities for the company such as: MRB reduction, Incoming rejections, Scrap reduction by waste or damage components,
reduction of excesses, search of alternating components to avoid the stop production
