Technical Support, Project Coordination, Creative Workflows

I am an architect, but if I had to sum up my fifteen years as a professional, I would describe myself as someone who turns chaos into order.
My background is multidisciplinary: architecture, project coordination, technical support, client communication, visual production, and creative technology. I have managed architectural and urban projects, worked directly with clients, organized requirements, reviewed files, followed up on changes, solved technical issues, and kept complex workflows moving.
That experience matters because many support roles are not just about answering messages. They require judgment, order, clear writing, follow-through, and the ability to understand what a client needs even when the information arrives incomplete, urgent, or poorly explained.
In architecture and visualization, an inbox is NOT just an inbox. It is where client instructions, reference images, material lists, drawings, revisions, deadlines, approvals, attachments, and follow-ups arrive. If that information is not organized correctly, the whole project suffers.
I am used to receiving that kind of information, separating what matters from what is noise, asking the right questions, documenting changes, and turning unclear requests into something a team can actually execute.
I work well with email, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adobe Audition, Reaper, Pro Tools, Logic, OBS Studio, and other technical or creative tools. I also learn new platforms quickly when the workflow is clear. As in AI assited programs I've used MagnificAI, KlingAI, SORA, Runway, VrayIA, and some photoshop assisting AI tools.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, calm under pressure, and focused on making communication useful, documented, and easy to act on.
I would love to be a part of project have. Heading my background into any other context, but using the same criteria, discipline and precision.
