During my 18 years in Banking and Financial Services, I have co-created and designed digital products from scratch and generated new business opportunities by analyzing different innovation trends and strategic alliances (with fintechs). I have been responsible for designing the customer journey and creating, along with various areas, the digital-based customer experience (mobile and web) and thinking about omnichannel experiences.
I have experience defining the strategies and action plans together with multiple stakeholders.

I have experience establishing OKRs that are aligned to business KPIs.
I have led teams of +70 people, tribes or scrums that have roles of product owners, technical leaders, developers, project managers, scrums, UXrs, etc.
