As stated in my attached CV, I have been in Pepsico Operative team since 2011 working across Business Units (PMF, CASA, LAB and currently LATAM) and Operating Units (Beverages and Foods) offering strong attention to delivery of over-results, and foremost the development and design of adequate and agile frameworks (i.e., OLAs, L5 Taxonomies, KPI development, capabilities and teams) that have proven solid transformations across multisectoral processes.
I am a highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate for developing capabilities, diversity and people. Through these 11 years, I have been working in diverse areas including Procurement Commodities, Procurement Finance, Productivity and Strategy, Import and Export and Supply Chain Production. I have gained extensive insight within fields across Operations and an extensive network across all Latin-American and US teams.
