I am a human resources professional with over 10 years of experience. I have worked for multinational companies supporting processes such as: recruitment, employee information system, wellness and recognition programs, support to the payroll area, creation and follow-up of benefits, training and development of employee growth.

My professional experience has always been in the Human Resources area, which I love and I would like to continue developing in it.

I enjoy working complete processes such as: Recruiting, Onboarding, Recognition, Integration Activities, Wellness, Payroll Incidents, Conflict Resolution, Labor Relations, Records Management, Training, Security and the relationship with the other areas.

My current job is in Starkey and my activities are:

• Talent acquisition. Recruitment, staffing and onboarding plan.
• Compensation and Benefits. Management and control of various benefits and programs, such as medical, dental, vision and dental packages, etc.
• Talent Management. Develop succession plans and promotion paths for all staff, talent review program and annual appraisals.
• Training and Development. For employees and the internship program, management of the learning platform (Virtual Campus) for the region and updating of job descriptions.
• Internal communication management. Regional HR magazine, HR messages and newsletters and bulletin board.
• Management of cultural activities. Coordination of wellness program, support for Change Management initiatives, Diversity and Inclusion program, special events and creation of recognition programs.
• Employee and Labor Relations. For new hires and departures, ensure employee satisfaction and compliance to policies.
• Serving on the Workplace Safety Committee.
• UKG. Human Resources system where employee data is stored.
• Payroll support. Incident control (absences).
• Total rewards.

I studied Industrial Engineering for 4 years and finished it in 2003. In 2020 I studied the Master in Organizational Development, which is oriented to Human Resources.
