SSA disability claims. As a case manager, I would organize and maintain case files, help manage caseload requirements, timelines and Multitask.
Customer service work, provide case status to clients regarding their disability claim submitted medical updates and treatment to the Social
Security Administration (local field office, DDS, OHO).Assisted and advised clients on how to complete SSA forms such as Adult function report, Work history reports, Pain questionnaire, Disability reports appeal 3441, Work activity report Etc. The case manager would reach out to the
Social Security Administration (local field office, DDS, OHO) for case status, request notice of address change or to review if any outstanding paperwork or information was needed from clients.
As an intaker, I would conduct consultations with potential new clients in order to determine if they are eligible to pursue SSA disability for mental health impairments, physical disabilities or vocational/educational impairments.
