I'm responsible to perform all necessary activities to lead new product development (NPD) projects from concept to release, such as develop project schedules, budget definition, manufacturing plan, design reviews, supplier coordination, risk management communication, lead global cross-functional collaboration including but not limited to Marketing, Legal, Finance, Trade compliance, Engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning, testing, logistics, etc. to ensure products are released to market in budget and time while meeting or exceeding company quality standards & user satisfaction. My responsibilities were take a concept idea and make it come to life, design and release BOM & drawings, test validations, develop solutions to meet or exceed customer requirements, participate in field research, interact with cross-functional teams like manufacturing, sourcing, quality, test lab, etc. Interacts with suppliers for prototypes, tool shops. Coordinate design changes, DFM analysis, DFMEA´s, FEA´s and communicate constantly to counterparts and project managers, my achievements in this position were:
