• Led a cost reduction project with savings of 7M annually by launching 2 state-of-the-art machines on-site (new production lines) and shutting down an external supplier.

• Work closely with the Supply Chain and Sourcing teams to secure materials and services for each project requirement.
• Team up with the Regulatory Affairs team to coordinate the execution of Samples for the various testing required by regulatory bodies such as BSI and TUV.
• Report project status to staff team on a regular basis, and to the senior executive staff as needed.
• Manage all phases of projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate assembly development and supply chain requirements by holding project reviews and weekly project status meetings (Timeline review and update).
• Guided team members (1 PM & 4 product transfer engineers) to ensure the project tasks are done on time and within budget and effectively manage/utilize resources from the business unit.
• Support in the acquisition of capital assets for my transfer projects. Capital expense of 5M.
• Hold recurring meetings with corporate team (from Ireland, USA, and Switzerland) to follow up on projects status and milestone reviews.
