Professional Activity Description (2021 – Present)
From 2021 to present, I have held leadership roles in manufacturing and operations management with direct responsibility for production performance,
revenue generation, cost control, and workforce leadership.
From March 2021 to June 2022, I served as Operations Manager at Calmil de
México. In this role, I was responsible for generating revenue through staff coaching and strategic operational planning. I developed and led a high-
performing production operations team and created key performance indicators
(KPIs) to measure availability, capacity utilization, cycle time, on-time delivery,
workforce turnover, and headcount efficiency. Through process optimization and productivity monitoring, I achieved up to a 10% reduction in operating costs and increased production output by 30% by maximizing driver and resource utilization. I also assisted in developing a company-wide safety guide,
contributing to a 9% reduction in workplace accidents.
In September 2022, I joined AG Industries as General Production Manager, a position I have held through December 2025. I am responsible for meeting company revenue objectives by developing and executing strategic production plans. I directly manage a workforce of 89 employees, including direct labor,
indirect labor, and manufacturing overhead.
