I am 64 years old and I'm looking for a job to support myself and my 63 years old wife. I know I can still handle the job I'm applying considering my present situation and my past experience as Asst.
Administrator. Plus at this point in time of.my.life, I am still willing to learn, possesses serious work attitude and capable enough with this kind of job.
Assistant Building Administrator-Supervises the work of all maintenance workers including janitors of the whole building, practically managing the maintenance and repairs. In an 8 hour shift, I use to handle up to 50 people work force.
I am an Industrial Engineering 4th year undergraduate and have received trainings as property custodian and how to handle workers.
