Manufacturer of high-end wood furniture for interior design projects and direct consumers. Evolved from an external consulting role (Nov 2024 – Aug 2025) to Operating Partner, taking on general management of the company and leading a team of 6 to 15 people.
- Designed and developed a custom ERP system, now in active use across 100% of daily operations, which centralized production and inventory control and improved financial visibility for decision-making.
- Structured and organized the company's end-to-end operation —production planning, supplier management, client portfolio, and financial administration (P&L)— establishing controls that did not previously exist.

- Designed complete production lines, integrating machinery supplied by different Sidel business units and connecting it through conveyor systems engineered to precise technical rules for handling bottles and multipacks, adapting each layout to the client's plant.
- Served as technical lead for the conveyor and sorting systems within complete packaging lines, integrating automated equipment for handling bottles and multipacks.
- Played a key role in the sale of a complete packaging line valued at over €6M, presenting technical and material handling solutions directly to client executives and management.
- Traveled across Mexico and 5+ countries in the Americas for technical site visits, area surveys, and on-site coordination with clients and equipment vendors.
- Managed third-party conveyor equipment vendors and led the internal development of "Best Practice Lines," standard designs used as the basis for customized solutions.

- Served as the point of contact for international clients, primarily in the United States, strengthening assertive communication and cross-cultural negotiation.
