•Initiate and started up manufacturing an operations facility In Mexico with 12 production lines ,350 employees and forecast revenue of 70 M, managing basically three different plastic molding Technologies such as Injection, blow, and Rotational.
•Developed structured plan for hiring and training process for all staff and personnel.
•Operational and financial responsible for 2 sites in Mexico into a 24/7 operational environment.
•Led for the Total Quality Management System, to document and certify overall procedures based on ISO 9001.
•Responsible to close operations due lack of enough sales up to the end of life of this project on June of 2023.
