Im Whalter Ramirez, I have been leaving here in Guadalajara for at least 20 years, have experience on different industries but the last 13 years were about only in IT industry principally as a Talent Acquisition and some few years on HR, I have lead some teams from Mexico and also from LATAM.

Im a person who likes to work on a team environment not to much working alone, Im confident with all my co-workers and team members to give a good communication of everything that will be realized and reach in to the goal together.

Experience in talent acquisition & HR processes for more than 10 years as an executive, coordinator and Manager focused on IT profiles, administrative, and operational, always taking customer care processes with multi-cultural teams. Likewise, I have had experience in HR activities such as payroll, incidents, negotiation of settlements, elaboration of policies and processes as well as job descriptions, leadership, organizational development always with the support of the assigned team.

Graduated on 2016 from the business administration degree at the Humanitas University in Guadalajara, graduated with an average of 9, I have the degree certificate and the degree pending processing.
