My professional experience has been focused in the finance area in different transnational companies, specialized in the implementation of Order to Cash processes and supply chain, I have also led the implementation of SAP for Latin America and all my leadership effort into continuous improvement of my activities, to be innovative, proactive, leader and inspiring, achieving synergy and high performance in teams.

Professional history

Diversey - (August 2015 – actual): 

Position: O2C Manager - Credit and Collection (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Central America).

Responsibilities

• Review Cash Flow and forecast
• Manage contracts with retail customers and support negotiations with regional and global distributors.
• Power user for SAP cone north.
• Reports and analysis of customer risk, calculation of DSO, analysis of credit lines.
• Implement and maintain internal controls in accordance with policies.
• Review of timely application of customer payments with the cash application area.
• Collection monitoring and commercial negotiations
• Review of financial analysis and due diligence of clients to determine their credit (risk and credit analysis).
• Understand and work closely with the entire organization to meet the needs of the company, my internal and external clients, as well as being able to manage in a timely manner and solve problems appropriately.

Boston Scientific de México - (August 2015 – March 2021) - Medical Devices company

 Position: Treasury Manager - Credit and Collection (Mexico, Costa Rica, Central America).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve intercompany Cash Flow and forecast including evaluating business needs and alternatives for payment proposals. Implementation of financial controls to attend the SOX. Leading bank accounts and relationships with banking partners.
• Manage contracts and support several negotiations with regional and global distributors, as well as follow-up with Government customers for Mexico, CR and CA.
• Manage Order to cash process, cash application, customer master data and credit management.

Power user in SAP for the LATAM region.

• Using KAS, Kaizen and Hoshing Kanri techniques, implementing improvements in our processes.
• Responsible for internal and external audits.
• Manage monthly review of KPI´s, DSO, slow payers, and commercial reserves.

Hobbies

• Currently I teach continuous improvement classes in the engineering faculty in the Industrial Engineering division.
• I actively participate in STEM programs and female empowerment (Forbes, 4forum México)
