• Work under bioplastic research and development department
• Develop new biodegradable and water soluble plastic product
• Drive the continuous improvement and new product invention process
• Perform design of experiment for product quality testing and improvement
• Conduct evaluation of mechanical, thermal and chemical properties for new product development
• Conduct evaluation of plastic properties through FTIR, SEM, DSC, TGA, and rheology
• Operation and process control of plastic extrusion process, blown & cast film process and torque rheometer
• Prepare detail experiment report and bi-weekly progress presentation
• Prepare patent drafting for new invention filing
• Deal with supplier for machine and chemical purchase
• Work with university lecturers for general analysis and discussion
