With over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and overall 14 years in the healthcare sector, I am a healthcare leader and freelance consultant who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative medicine. I acquired a MD degree from AIMST ( Malaysia) and a MBA specializing in Strategic Marketing from the USQ ( Australia) as my educational credentials .
As the Head of Medical Affairs - SE Asia at Santen, I am responsible for the medical strategy and operations for the region, lead a dynamic team , own an independent P&L and collaborate with cross-functional teams & external stakeholders to deliver optimal patient outcomes . Concurrently, I leverage my experience in healthcare to provide freelance consultancy services to Taylor’s University, supporting the development of pharmaceutical faculty courses.
