PERSONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE, GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM
FIRST ROTATION: CUSTOMER CONTROL & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Managed personal loan product while liaising with Branch Manager, CSOM and more than 300 branches in Malaysia to ensure BNM’s requirements for personal loan submission process and resolving customer and system issues.
- Coordinated with the project team to do system enhancements such as UAT testing to ensure the campaign runs successfully.
- Developed the guidelines of LOAD$, AS400 & Green Earth for the branches in Malaysia to have a better understanding of the personal loan application and submission procedure.
SECOND ROTATION: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & ACQUISITION
- Managed co-branded credit cards (GSC, Emirates, Airasia) and debit cards while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product compliance and resolving customer complaints & system issues.
- Acted as the main liaison between GSC, external vendors and internal teams (Marketing Communication & Deposits Team) and launched the HLB GSC BIGGER is BETTER Campaign in conjunction with the GSC BIG Launch.
