Experience in working as a receptionist at a backpacker hostel and the duties assigned include, organizing and registering customers to their preferred rooms. I have experience in handling phone calls from customers and communicating with them regarding their online bookings and also to key in their details in the system. I was also given and completed a task on completing customer reports and also sales reports.
