Passionate about designing streamlined interfaces for digital products. User-centred methodologies help me build valuable products that help people and businesses to achieve their goals.

During my time as a UX Designer at AirAsia, I had the opportunity to work on various projects that focused on improving the user experience for their mobile app. Through conducting user research, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders, I gained a deep understanding of the user journey and how to design products that meet their needs.

As a result of my experiences, I have developed a strong interest in the product management aspect of the design process. I am confident that my knowledge of user experience design and my ability to think critically will enable me to excel in this role.

My experience has taught me the importance of understanding the needs of the user and incorporating that into the design process. As an entry-level Associate Product Manager, I am eager to continue learning and expanding my skills. I am familiar with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite and am always eager to learn new software.
