I am interested to apply for the Order Management Specialist role. I bring with me 10 years of expertise in B2B working environment at Telekom Malaysia, largest telco in Malaysia.
I have substantial experience in order management, Agile practices, program management and business analyst.
In my role as Manager, Connectivity Order Management, I acted as a gatekeeper ensuring accurate order processing, document compliance, and alignment with business and technical requirements. I collaborated closely with Sales, Project Managers, Product, and Fulfillment teams to ensure smooth execution from order initiation to completion.
