Almost 2 years working in IT company as IT technical. I am realy cheerful and outgoing person, and really like doing outdoor activities. Really love to do repairing laptop or pc when i got free time and for side job

• Responsible in supporting and monitoring IP phone system
• To support all daily routine on every user issue from server to end user
• To conduct training, S.O.P, hardware deployment on every new user setup.
• Lay all kind of networking backbone infra ( fibre optic/utp/coxial cable)
• To setup VLAN/WLAN for switches routing exercise
• Conducting/Crew assistant on any event organize by company.
• To support for assisting in WIFI internet/intranet
• Monitoring on all server for any updates/upgrades or issue persist a. PMS server b. POS server c. IPBX server d. Firewall e. Storage server f. Email server g. WIFI / Internet server
• To ensure that operating and data entry procedures are standardized and documented to reduce accidental errors and make supervisory reviews more efficient
• Computer hardware maintenance and failure check
• To stand by for any emergency call beyond normal office hours, day off and holiday
•  To conduct any project for development purposed.
• Application software end-user support and customized user application support.
• Do inventory all details about user pc/laptop
• Do troubleshoot for all network
• Provide technical analysis (troubleshooting analysis) and recommend resolution
• Coordinate technical resolution implementation within the team and external parties.
• Setup every PC/laptop for domain
• Assist in all IT development such as install firewall/new account application
