• Maintain effective implementation of the food safety systems, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and pre-requisite program.
• Ensure compliance to latest standard requirements, regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements.
• Involve in supplier audit and external audit programs (certification body & customer audits).
• Conduct requisite annual internal audit for compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, prepare audit report, issue corrective action request (CAR) and follow up corrective action.
• Conduct mock recall and traceability yearly for continuous improvement of traceability system
• Coordinate with external laboratories for product lab tests: physical, chemical, and microbiological at a regular basis.
• Assist in root cause investigation for non-conformities and customer complaints if required
• Oversee the pest control program and liaise with external pest controller for pest-related issues.
• Conduct plant review periodically to ensure effective GMP.
• Assist in documentation of Food Safety and Quality. Maintain good record keeping and timely review and update of documents
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
