Handling System in Seat Component Supplier in Malaysia Automotive Industry. Responsible for production line hardware installation included Conveyor setup, Robotic arm, Modified machine, safety fencing and sensors as per Safety Standard of Malaysia Automotive Industry. Ensure the correct sequence for PLC (GXWork 2) and robotic arm programming (ESTUN).
Responsible for managing communication between all related parties (e.g. customer, sub-contractor, part supplier and intercompany team member) services. Completed documentation writing for Robot Handling System Manual upon project commissioning.
Development of IOT platform that integrates real-time sensor, equipment data and condition (MODU Connect). Hardware installation such as sensors,
conveyor, PLC controller (SIEMENS) and other necessary components. Robot motion programming (DOBOT and ESTUN) and PLC programming for conveyor system, linked up all the sensors with PLC program, capture realtime data and check for correct data display. Perform troubleshoot for abnormal data display and sensor faulty signal/condition.

Responsible for new assigned project’s (Bluetooth Earbuds) assembly process,
development, and improvement. Responsible for supporting all assigned project’s yield, quality, cycle time, and assembly process improvement activities in final assembly section from mass production stage till product end of life. Perform failure analysis on rejected products and provide solution (included after sales product).
Enhance method of dismantling rejected product which improve rework time by 15% and reduce scrap by 10%. Designing new jigs & fixtures and implement new assemble method to improved product yield (from 70% to 90%), decrease labour and shorten cycle time by 5%.
