During my time in the Quality Assurance Department, I successfully managed OEM battery production, conducted rigorous quality tests, addressed complaints, led training programs, and actively participated in audits. I ensured that the batteries met customer requirements by performing thorough quality assurance tests before shipment. Additionally, I worked closely with Mitsubishi dealers to resolve complaints and identify root causes of quality issues.
