I am a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Executive with experience in evaluating new formulations and ingredients of food products against Malaysia Food Regulations and DRGD. I pay attention to detail, which is crucial to manage the preparation and submission of new product registrations, Halal applications, and Health Certificates/ Free Sales Certificates for export purposes to various local health authorities. In addition, I developed label content for products in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Chinese, ensuring all submissions met the regulatory requirements and were in compliance with corporate or customer goals and directions.

I am proficient in maintaining documents, such as Halal Certificates, CoA, Process Flow, and Product Specification obtained from local and overseas raw material suppliers. I liaised with relevant authorities on registration matters and other legislative issues with good communication skill.

Managed the preparation and submission of new product registration (over 50 food products classification/ 15 label screening), over 10 products Halal application, and over 30 Health Certificate/ Free Sales Certificate for export purposes to respective local health authorities (NPRA, JAIS, JKNS, FOSIM, PKD).Developed more than 70 products label content in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese and provided regulatory advice for customer to ensure that submissions are of high quality that meet regulatory requirements and are incompliance with customer’s corporate goals and directions.Liaised with external laboratories on over 110 analysis.

Listed in 33 product variants and registered a new product category on company’s HACCP certificate.
