I am Malaysian with 28 years of career experienced with few MNC companies in Malaysia, UK, and UAE. I was graduated in Engineering Hons Degree (England, UK) and recently graduated in Master of Business Administration in Operation Management (Malaysia). I am energetic, results orientated, analytical thinking, fast-learner, self-motivated and good leadership principle.

I have undergone mixed career experienced in industry and construction ie project management, project planning, business development, manufacturing operation, production management, process engineering and lean ie 5s, TPS, Cost Saving and Innovation. Having tremendous experienced of Lean/Kaizen events in Boeing USA company, Abu Dhabi UEA and Japan ie Toyota Plant, Nagoya and Hitachi Plant, Shizuoka.

Experienced working as an Engineer, Project Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Expatriate and the last few years served as a Management Manager in Manufacturing/Production Governance, Quality Process Compliance, Capex Opex Management, Supply Chain, P&L, Cost Saving, Lean, Process Improvement, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Business Impact Analysis.

Have attended numerous training and leadership courses worldwide to improve the effectiveness of management techniques within places of employment including Lean (Kaizen or Shingijutsu) training and activities in Malaysia, Abu Dhabi UAE, Toyota Nagoya, Japan and Hitachi, Shizuoka, Japan.

I was graduated in Engineering Hons Degree (UK) and recently graduated in Master of Business Administration (Operation Management).
