As an IT and Project Executive, I assisted in the successful, on-time delivery of key projects by managing documentation and progress tracking, while collaborating with clients and teams to align technical solutions with user requirements always incorporating cybersecurity best practices. During my tenure at Webstation Computer Centre, I provided first-line support, resolving 90% of issues on first contact.

I also delivered efficient technical assistance for business applications such as AutoCount and maintained high system availability through consistent management of Windows and Linux systems.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Networking and Cybersecurity, where I developed strong skills in computer networking, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and Python programming. I am proficient in tools such as Kali Linux and SQL, and have applied machine learning concepts to cybersecurity-related projects. I have completed certifications including Certified Network Defender (CND), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and EC-Council Certified Security Specialist (ECSS), and I am currently pursuing the CompTIA Security+ certification to further strengthen my expertise in information security.
