- Assist doctors or Staff Nurse during the special procedures, such as dressing, inserting I/V line, blood taking etc.
- Assist Specialist for admission process. Ensure that patient's documentation for admission is being filled up accordingly and signed by the doctor and patient.
- Bring patients with complete documentation to meet admission officers for admission process before admit to the ward.
- To assist in dealing with the collection of patient's specimens to be sent to the laboratory department such as urine FEME, Blood test etc.
- Ensure the correct guidelines are followed in the labelling and transportation of specimens to avoid mistakes.

- Ensure that after procedures disposable items are being charged to the patient in track care system for billing purposes.
