- Identify and analyze construction defects, structural failures and life safety code violations and recommend remediations plans according to the International Residence Code (IRC) and Official Code of Georgia (OCGA).
- Prepare technical reports with root cause analysis, damage inspected and recommendations for litigation support, structural remediation and reserve studies for use by attorneys, homeowners and associations.
- Implement new file management processes and best practices lowering file searching time from 5 to 1 minute and reducing the probability of missing files.
- Train engineering technicians on the proper usage procedure of a ZipLevel and Concrete Hammer for use during site visits.

- Programmed an Air Intake Heater (AIH) calculator using VBA & Excel with inputs such as power output and voltage to determine the resistivity and length of the heating element before and after thermal expansion which significantly simplified the design process.
- Implemented an AIH simulator using VBA & Excel to simulate various linear possibilities to fit a heating element in a specified 2-dimensional space which reduced the design time needed for simple AIH.
- Automated the data extraction and processing using a VBA macro, substantially decreased the time required from 2 minutes to 10 seconds.
- Pivotal in the migration of SolidWorks models and assemblies to a PDM system which standardizes parts used by the engineering team and streamlines the design process.
- Standardized and modelled over 100 SolidWorks models and drawings to be used by engineers in their designs.
- Utilized Graphtec data loggers in conjunction with thermocouples and flow meters to measure heat transfer to fluid for Forced Flow Heaters and AIH to be analyzed in a report.
