His professional background includes roles at Geniebook Pte Ltd, ByteDance (TikTok), Lalamove, and Foodpanda, where he honed his expertise in project execution, risk management, budgeting, and process optimization. He is adept at developing SOPs, improving operational workflows, and coordinating large-scale programmes such as national conferences and youth development camps.
Yoogeswaran is known for his strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills, combined with proficiency in digital tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management systems. I hold a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Malaya (2018–2020), graduating with a CGPA of 3.16.
