I have over 5 years of experience in communication and customer service and over 4 years management in e-commerce at both Jumia Nigeria and Vconnect Nigeria with a job function of Account and Vendor Management. I am very proficient in Microsoft Office, a quick study, and a very good team player.
I studied biochemistry in Lead City University, Ibadan and I also have certification In customer service snd I’m currently studying both UI/UX and product management
