I have worked for 5years in two different banks but ready to relocate anytime soon.
As a bank teller and customer service officer, I have provided excellent customer service to clients for over 5years. My responsibilities have included processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers, cashing checks, and providing clients with account balances. I have also been responsible for setting up new accounts, issuing debit and credit cards, and verifying identification.
Additionally, I have assisted customers with inquiries and problem solving, as well as providing them with information on products and services. I have also helped to ensure compliance with bank regulations and policies. My excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing the best customer service experience have enabled me to excel in my role.
I am a recent polytechnic graduate with a higher national diploma HND in Accounting.I have two years of experience in customer service and two years of experience as a bank teller as well as a strong background in accounting and financial analysis. I have completed several internships that have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and management. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
