Worked with SYDANI GROUP from January 2026 to July 31st 2026 as a LGA Consultant for Gombi Adamawa State, worked closed with LGA PHCA team and helped with interventions through immunizations where we targeted Zero dose in all the underserved communities.
- Assist the SCCO in collection, storage, documentation and distribution of vaccines, diluents and other devices.
- Conduct monthly vaccine utilization analysis.
- Conduct quarterly cold chain inventory analysis and support to update IRP.
- Support development and implementation of planned preventive maintenance.
- Conduct daily temperature monitoring and monthly analysis and reporting.
- Support assessment of the capacity of all supply chain levels to accommodate new vaccines and CCE such as UCC (in the case of COVID-19 vaccine), mapping potential ports of entry, storage points, stocking, contingency/fallback facilities, and transportation capacity for vaccines and ancillary products.
- Conduct regular assessment of dry storage and cold chain capacity and infrastructure needs at all levels with regards to all vaccines, including nOPV2 and COVID-19 vaccine characteristics, and determine actions to address identified supply and logistics gaps.
- Continuously monitor vaccine utilization and stock balance of all types of COVID-19 vaccines, including thawed Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, as well as utilization, wastage rate, compliance with strategies, and immunization records.

- Liaise closely with management to develop work plans and budget proposals.
- Liaise closely with the Programme Manager to develop meeting agendas and organize workshops, including logistics, venue arrangements and provision of materials.

- Report and provide guidance on any potential deviation from the implementation plan through a reporting format.
- Verify and validate data in progress reports.
- Communicate and coordinate program activities as directed by the State and partners.
- Ensure each health facility adheres to guidelines to achieve desired goals.
- Support and supervise any other program-related task assigned by the State.
- Give feedback to the LGA and State following any field visit through the program implementation report.
