Role: IT Infrastructure and Network Engineer
Provide daily operations and systems support to all on-site and off-site personnel
- Manage access to unauthorized sites, downloads and users on the network
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP/Contact center connectivity issues
- Management/Administration of Internet services, ensuring strict SLA compliance

- Ensured proper planning, configuration and commissioning of new remote sites in line with the company’s NOC configuration and commissioning procedures.
