Onsite and off-site ATM reconciliation, monitoring and management.
Vault management and balancing, store management and inventory taking.
Outbound and inbound remittances like Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, Sendwave among others.
Improving as part of a team, the branch’s current position and profitability by driving the opening of new accounts as well as the on boarding of new customers on the bank’s digital platforms such as the USSD code, Access More mobile app as well as the issuing of ATM cards.
Receiving customers’ complaints and requests and ensuring they are resolved within or before the required Turnaround Time (TAT).
Handling weekly, the training and presentation of new bank products and services with the branch operations team during early morning sessions
