Am a client relationshi manager working with a Microfinance Bank situated in Lagos state.
I was employed as a Branch manager in 2008 to 2011 and my roles were disbursement of loans, follow up on repayment, portfolio management, bank reconciliation, mentorship and coordination of branch activities.
2011 to date: Client's relationship management. My roles were compliant resolution, stakeholders engagement, management of all corporate social responsibility of the organisation, managing call centre and report writing of all call centre activities (calls received, dropped calls, escalated issues), Social activity reporting and environmental and social governance (ESG) board report.
