I have been working as a Logistics Assistant at Eminent Logistics Ltd for three years now. The following are some of the tasks I perform there:
Organizing transport for cargo to be moved to their final destination.
Creating a Customs Declaration for Import and Export clearance.
On field duties such as customs inspection and clearing of cargo
Responsible for report generation, database management, sending letters to appropriate authorities in the clearance process.
Data Entry, email management.
Shipping Line release, Requesting Local Charges from shipping lines.
I have a FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding and currently pursuing FIATA Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management at GIFF Academy.
