My responsibilities are as follows:

• Developed HSE programs, Plans and Procedures,
• Develop training program and conduct HSE Trainings based on schedules
• Conduct inspections, internal /External Audits
• Lead Incident/Accident investigation and Reporting
• Conduct HSE awareness, campaigns, emergence drills

• Prepare and track PTW, U-SEE, U-Act, and HSE KPI's
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and Annual HSE report and cascade report to Top Management

MY ACHIEVEMENT

• Reduced TRIF: Improved communication by coordination of task specific HSE meetings; introduced group risk assessments (especially DSE); improved premises/site inspections involving clients; implemented rewards and reprimand scheme; introduced HSE into the annual personnel appraisal system with HR.
• Consistently re-accredited entity units to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 standards which progressively reduced non-conformances during all audits (internal and external).
• Raised HSE standard significantly through multiple initiatives like health monitoring, counseling & training which significantly reduced LTI’s over successive years. Near misses also were reduced and Hazard Observations as well.
• Recognized by peers and management as a Leader in QHSE and received promotion and superior performance ratings for three consecutive years based on communication, QHSE record, visibility, attendance and accountability.
• Ensured Zero fatality, and legal complaint or fine
