Olayemi Dickson

Olayemi Funmilayo DICKSON CMILT is an Assistant Chief Research Officer with the National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM), an Agency of the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.

She earned B.Tech. Degree in Transport Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), a Master’s degree in Technology Management (Transport option) from the African Institute for Science Policy and Innovation Studies (AISPI), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and currently undergoing a Ph.D. programme in Transport and Logistics at the School of Transport Studies, Lagos State University (LASU).

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Nigeria,

Committee Member, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Nigeria,

Committee Member, Chartered Institute of Transport Administration (CIOTA) Nigeria,

Research Fellow at Institute for French Research in Africa (IFRA),

Committee Member, Transportation Growth Initiative (TGI) Nigeria.

Her area of interest includes Transport Planning and Policy, Transport and Logistics, Sustainable Urban Mobility for PWD (People with Disability) and Technology and Innovation Management.

She has publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals (international and local), and has handled several activities in her area of specialization ranging from; Lecturing, Moderating, Coordinating, Facilitating, Resource person, Project Desk Officer, Project Support Officer, etc.

She has written several winning reports and proposals. She has also made several presentations at different conferences, workshops and seminars.
