I am positive that I am right for this job as I understand the nuances of managing an executive, proactively tackling issues and ensuring strategic and optimal use of the executive’s time.
In my current role at Spacefinish Africa, I serve as the Executive Coordinator to the Founder. I have honed my office management, time management, reporting and scheduling abilities. I have proven my ability to effectively manage logistics coordination, vendors and as well as my ability to work in a very fast paced environment while delivering diligently. In my previous role, I served as the Executive Assistant to the Principal Partner at AD Consulting where I also doubled as the office manager ensuring the smooth and optimal operation of the office.
Before that, I served as the Personal assistant to the Executive Director Secretary General. A position I was nominated to fill by the management team, moving from the compliance department where I worked as Graduate Compliance Intern. From my years of experience in supporting managers, executives and teams I understand the importance of being proactive in addition to being an expert at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing travel and logistics arrangements.
