Oluwafemi Aremu

My names are Oluwafemi David Aremu, I have a Diploma in Social Development and Administration, from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Hold bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. I also hold a Post Graduate Degree in Technology Management from National Centre for Technology Management at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

Presently am working as a Customer Relationship Officer in Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company, Ibadan.

I have experiences that cut across Marketing, Sales Supervisor, Data Analysis, Customer Service, Social Welfare, Social Work, Administration Services, Information Analyst, and Human Resources Services.

• Attending to customers complains and providing the appropriate solution at the right time, that will satisfy the customers’ intentions.
• Communicating with customers through various channels of social media platform
• Selling of MAPS (Meter Asset Provider Scheme) to customers in other to increase the number of our pre-paid metered customers and reduce the number of the post-paid metered customers.
• Growing the revenue of the company in terms of monthly collections in millions that leads to opening of other branches in the hub. 
• Reducing the aggregate technical, commercial and collection losses of the company. 
• Increasing the numbers of customers’ population through Assets and Customers Enumerations.
• Give regular financial and administrative assistant to the local buyers, who are the company LBA, in terms of financial loans for the purchase of sesame seeds.
• Have details database of the staffs and the local buyers (LBA), for appropriate monitoring.
• Work on office and warehouses reports with accurate statistics presentation, to know the variables in the weekly purchase of the unit.
