My name is Ronald Umah,I have lots of experience in freight forwarding counting from 1992, I began as an apprentice and around 2007, I began working for myself with lots of client by 2017, I traveled to Canada I worked as a machine operator at Mississagua seating services between August 2018 and Feb. 2020 when I returned to Nigeria, I have Canadian work experience, when I got back to Nigeria I was able to apply for customs brokerage license and today Oscar Grand logistics is a customs licensed agency in Nigeria, am the organisational head.
Considering my interest to return to Canada I desire to get a job in the freight forwarding industry, I will be very glad if my application will be considered. I appreciate this opportunity given me to submit this application.
My professional experience begins from handling clients consignment with customs clearing process, shipping company handling process and delivery of consignment to client warehouse or preferred place of delivery. It is actually part of my professional duty to give client information regarding shipping,advice client on the best mode of transport and logistics, on behalf of the client I make the duty and shipping payment and every other statutory payment.
Talking about my relevant education my highest level of education is Bachelors degree . BA History and International studies,However, I am presenting undergoing a professional course in University of Lagos, Diploma in freight forwarding and supply chain management.
