An IT Support Specialist for about 6 years, with strong knowledge of the major operating system distros (Windows, Mac OS, UNIX/LINUX), Hardware and software troubleshooting and network administration.

I have provided technical support for customers, as regards Windows administration and software/hardware complaints.

I also possess strong knowledge on UI/UX Design and am a volunteer designer for a thrift fashion brand, conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
